Come and sample local foods prepared by the Collin College Culinary Arts Institute. The café will feature delicious foods provided by North Texas producers including fresh ground beef, pork loin, chicken, pasta, vegetables, cheese, breads and dessert. You can also sample local wines from area wineries. The cost is $10 and you must pre-register for the event.
