The Dallas Area Kitefliers Organization (DAKO) is a family club welcome to everyone who may wish to join.   Members of the club fly single line,  two line, 3 line, and quad line kites and some even fly multiple kites at the same time.  Stop by to see whats going on.

The Incredible Bubble Show
Linda Berman knows how to entertain, educate, inspire and motivate using soap and water and an incredible variety of household objects to create mind-boggling bubbles! Catch her shows between 9am and 1pm or 4 to 6pm in the Courtyard. Her Incredible Bubble Zone will be set up and staffed all day for kids from 1 to 101 to have their hand in making bubbles and a special take-home bubble wand with recipe for at-home fun.

Collin College Music Showcase

The Collin College Department of Music is proud to present a select showcase of their program at this year’s Live Green Expo. The day’s eclectic programming will include performances by the New Music Ensemble, electronic music collaborations, the commercial music Recording Ensemble, Rock ensemble, and others. The solar-powered outdoor venue will feature several DIY components including students demonstrating and performing on acoustic and electronic instruments they’ve designed and constructed themselves. 

Collin College’s Department of Music offers degrees for both music majors seeking to complete a four-year degree as well as a two-year AAS degree in Commercial Music for students wishing to work in the music industry.  The Commercial Music program also offers one-year certificates in Audio Engineering or Music Business.  Transfer courses such as private applied lessons, music theory and performing ensembles are offered on the Spring Creek Campus in Plano while Commercial Music Courses in audio engineering, MIDI, music business, synthesis and so on are offered at both the Plano campus as well as the Preston Ridge Campus in Frisco.  The Collin College Department of Music offers scholarships and also accepts donations to its scholarship fund.  To make a donation to the scholarship fund or for more information, please visit www.collin.edu/music.

Team Eisenbergs is comprised of skateboarders, inline skaters and bike riders from Eisenbergs Skatepark. Spots on the team are won through competitions. The team performs extreme stunts and promotes safety.

 
Blackland Prairie Raptor Center - Predators from the Sky - Gotcha Covered!

Day and night the raptors are on patrol. Their mission ... in search of a meal. How do they do it? Discover their unique adaptations to hunt in woodland, wetlands and prairies. Two raptors, one diurnal and one nocturnal will be used to demonstrate their capabilities.
